I was not looking forward to the car buying process again. I selected a car that I would like to see off the Internet and filled out some contact information. Wayne called me and was very professional, wasn't pushy and was patient that it would be two days before I could come in. Wayne was prepared to show me the car when I got there. He didn't mind showing me another one first when I got there just for comparison. On the test drive we was very friendly and knowledgable of the car. As the price of the used car was already marked down on the Internet, negotiations were not necessary. My wife was with me and while there saw a new Kia Soul Plus in the showroom that had some modifications to it such as a carbon black fiber and after market rims. During the downtime between working with Wayne and the Finance person on my purchase, Wayne took the time to show my wife this other new car. He then took her on a test drive. As Aric Swanger was walking by after speaking with another customer, he took some time to ask some more questions about the Kia Soul. I was curious about it the aftermarket modifications and how long it had been in the showroom. While Aric and Wayne knew my wife was interested in the car, no pressure was applied as I was already purchasing the Optima that night. The next day, Aric called and made an offer to reduce the price and to tell me a lower interest rate deal. Still no pressure, he told me to call him back after speaking with my wife. When I came in Saturday morning the purchase the Kia Soul, Aric and Wayne had the paperwork ready. We drove the actual Soul we were buying and within 10 minutes off was able to meet with Ji Herrera. Ji was very patient and knowledgable with my purchasing of the GAP Insurance. I initially declined it for both cars and completed the paperwork, While waiting for the Soul to be ready to drive off the lot, I changed my mind about the GAP insurance and Ji was able to revise the paperwork for both the Soul purchase and my Optima purchase the day before. I appreciate that he wasn't frustrated with my earlier indecision. This may have been more detail that you wanted, but I wanted to share that the process of dealing with all parts of both purchases with Wayne, Aric and Ji, was great.
